Incorporation

You may need a holding company, an operating company, or a combination of both to carry out your business activities. A BV (private limited company) is often incorporated with us when new business activities are starting or when you, as an entrepreneur (or partner), are joining an existing company. In that case, the notary will draft one or more deeds of incorporation for you.

By using a safe IT-portal, you can fully incorporate your BV(s) with us digitally, meaning there is no need to travel to our office.
